Being true to our lifelong-learner culture, we organized another hashtag Book Review Day at the Wemark office recently. This time, our CEO & Founder Vugar Mehdiyev shared his insights from "Never Split The Difference" by Christopher Voss.

It offers practical and effective techniques for negotiating as if your life depended on it, drawing from Voss's extensive experience in high-stakes situations. The book covers a range of topics, from understanding the psychology of negotiation to mastering the art of tactical empathy.

Chris Voss is an American businessman, author, and academic. He started his career as a policeman on the rough streets of Kansas City. He later joined the FBI, where he became their leading kidnapping negotiator. This role brought him face-to-face with bank robbers, gang leaders, and terrorists. He is now the CEO of The Black Swan Group Ltd, which offers negotiation training for businesses and individuals.
