Role Description

As a CEO Associate, you will work directly with the CEO to support the development of new ventures and strategic initiatives within Wemark. You will be involved in diverse tasks, including market research, content creation, and business development.

You will contribute to building new verticals and executing projects beyond traditional client work, gradually taking ownership of key initiatives. This role requires strong ownership, adaptability, and curiosity, offering direct exposure to decision-making and the opportunity to grow into a future leadership role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or final-year student with a strong academic background (international education is a plus).
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication and structured thinking.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools.
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and discipline.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
High level of focus, ambition, and resilience with a perfectionist mindset.
