Role Description

As the Head of Creative AI, you will establish and lead Wemark’s newest department — where imagination meets intelligence. This is not a traditional creative role. You will architect how artificial intelligence becomes a core driver of our creative, visual, and production workflows.

You’ll lead a cross-disciplinary team of AI artists, creative technologists, and innovators — defining how Wemark integrates machine intelligence into visual storytelling, campaign ideation, and content creation. Your mission is to turn AI from a tool into a creative partner.

In this role, you will:

Build and lead the new Creative AI Department from the ground up.
Develop a clear vision, roadmap, and workflow for AI-assisted creativity within Wemark.
Guide the creation of AI-driven visuals, videos, and design assets for client campaigns.
Collaborate with Creative, Design, and Tech teams to develop new storytelling methods.
Identify, test, and implement the latest AI tools for visual, text, and motion generation.
Train and mentor team members on best practices and creative use of AI.
Present AI-driven concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
Build partnerships with technology providers and AI communities to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in creative, design, or digital production leadership.
Deep understanding of AI-based creative tools (image, video, sound, and text generation).
Strong conceptual and visual thinking skills.
Proven experience in leading creative teams or projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Russian is a plus).
Strategic mindset with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
Background in creative technology, design, or computer-generated content is a plus.
