Role Description

As the Digital Content Lead, you will oversee how content is planned, produced, and published across all digital platforms. Your role is about leading the entire content ecosystem with clarity, taste, and strategic vision.

You will guide a team of creators and social media specialists to deliver high-performing, culturally relevant, and visually compelling digital experiences. From shaping campaign concepts to directing shoots, from managing social media storytelling to crafting challenges and formats, you will ensure that each piece of content serves a purpose and drives results.

In this role, you will:

Lead the full content production cycle across social media and digital channels.
Develop content concepts and creative directions aligned with client goals.
Guide social media specialists in storytelling, planning, and publishing.
Collaborate with design, production, and influencer teams to build integrated campaigns.
Ensure high creative standards and editorial consistency across all outputs.
Manage content calendars and coordinate timelines across teams.
Communicate directly with clients — coordinating feedback, presenting ideas, and aligning deliverables.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media, or creative production.
Proven ability to lead content teams and manage full digital content workflows.
Strong understanding of content formats, social media trends, and platform dynamics.
Experience directing shoots and managing digital storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and client presentation skills in English and Russian on top of native Azerbaijani.
