Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand growth. Leading a team of digital marketers, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You will develop and implement digital marketing strategies, manage budgets, and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

Your responsibilities also include managing campaigns across channels like Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, and email marketing. You will optimize performance, analyze digital data and KPIs, and turn insights into actionable strategies. Additionally, you will conduct A/B tests and conversion experiments to improve website effectiveness. Staying updated with industry trends, you will lead innovative growth strategies and enhance user experiences to boost engagement and sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, Data Studio, Power BI etc.);
DMI certification with distinction is an asset. Other relevant certifications from Google, Facebook, Hootsuite, SEMrush etc. are advantage;
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
A robust portfolio demonstrating successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
