Currently, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist to help us #MarkTheDifference by owning and managing dedicated client relationships from initial engagement through to the successful execution and delivery of projects.

Role Description

As a Marketing Strategist, you play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ success, much like a marketing head for their brands. You will lead the entire client engagement lifecycle — from initial relationship building and strategic planning to execution and performance review. Collaborating closely with our in-house production team, you will ensure that every campaign and initiative delivers measurable impact, setting a new standard for client excellence.

You’re not just managing projects; you’re crafting bespoke strategies like an architect of client success. By fostering strong, long-term partnerships and serving as a trusted advisor, you’ll empower clients to transform challenges into opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA abroad is an advantage.
4+ years of proven experience in marketing, consulting, advertising or communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Russian is a must; proficiency in English and Azerbaijani is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of marketing principles and modern trends.
Proficiency in project management and multitasking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Please note that this role is significantly different from a traditional Account Executive position; it is more of a decision making Marketing Consultant role.
