role description

As a Senior Motion Designer, you will take the lead in crafting high-impact animations and motion graphics that elevate our clients’ stories and shape the visual language of our campaigns. Ensuring every deliverable meets the highest creative and technical standards, you will mentor junior designers, guide visual directions, and contribute to building a strong motion design culture within the team.

You will mentor junior designers, provide structured feedback, and help strengthen the overall motion design capability within the team. Your responsibilities include developing advanced animations for social media, digital ads, OOH, and integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. You will also collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision, present creative ideas, and transform concepts into compelling visual experiences. Additionally, you’ll stay updated on the latest design trends and tools, bringing innovation and forward-thinking approaches into every project.

qualifications

3–5+ years of proven experience in motion design, animation, or related creative fields.
Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other industry-standard motion design tools.
Strong command of animation principles, visual storytelling, composition, typography, and timing.
Demonstrated ability to lead motion design workflows across multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines.
Experience providing creative direction, giving structured feedback, and mentoring junior designers.
Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; 3D and simulation skills are a strong plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to bring conceptual ideas to life with clarity and impact.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate confidently with clients.
